These lovely model people are wearing onesies. Actually they are wearing designer onesies from Norwegian brand Onepiece. A onesie is sort of like a pajama jump suit, or like the kind of things babies wear. Apparently they are quite fashionable now and we do think they look kinda sexy (of course models look good in anything, the average person, maybe not).
What do you think? are they HOT or NOT? would you wear one? would you wear it in public?
Check out onepiece.com to see the full selection.

Thumb through any style magazine at the supermarket and you’ll notice that ladies’ fashion is getting more, well, ladylike for fall and winter 2010. (And mums around the world rejoice!)
Women everywhere are doing what they should’ve done years ago: ditching their prefab distressed boyfriend jeans and slipping their gams into tights and high heels, pencil skirts, and printed dresses with skirts so full and flirty you could swear you’re seeing Betty Draper everywhere you look.
We’re all for this turn toward sophisticated femininity (don’t wobble in those heels, girls!), but the idea is to channel elements of ladylike fashion with classic silhouettes, long gloves, soft tweeds, and kitten heels. The danger is that – eek! – you could risk looking like you’re off to meet Aunt Irma for a bird watching excursion or a round of Canasta. So not sexy.
That’s why we absolutely love Eva Mendes’ sexy interpretation of the trend: her brocade dress is feminine and classic, but the plunging neckline and the asymmetrical skirt scream au courant, not “octogenarian.”

Will you be following this sexy ladylike trend this season?

Halloween looms on the horizon in all its eerie glory. Today, we celebrate the ghoulish and the Gothic, the skeletal and vampish, and the undead and the totally
dead with accessories that evoke the devilishly fun spirit of Halloween.
London’s avant garde jewelers Galibardy offer endless treats for those fashionistas who love accessories with edge (and a sense of humour). The skull has been a popular motif for clothing and jewelry for years now and if that’s still your bag, you’ll find dead heads of all varieties on rings, bracelets, and necklaces. But why stop at skulls? The ribcage necklace and dangling index finger pendant offer more bodily thrills.
If you don’t have pearly whites in your mouth, you can wear them around your neck! Galibardy’s white teeth necklace would be the perfect finishing touch for that vamp Tooth Fairy costume you’re considering.
Shanalogic.com also has fun, Gothic-inspired jewelery that is too cutesy to be truly terrifying. Our picks: the candy-corn earrings (made of glass, not glucose) and the sparkly bones ring set.
Do you like to wear Gothic-inspired jewelry even when it’s not Halloween?

We won’t insult with a how-to guide for this simple, sexy hairstyle. However, we will say that we love this ‘do because it’s perfect for mornings when you’ve opted for the snooze button. Plus, it takes less time than a blow-out, and, as Rachel Zoe proves, you won’t sacrifice sexiness with a tight, high ponytail.
These finishing touches will ensure that your ponytail doesn’t look like something that your seven-year-old self used to sport on the playground: (a) take a thin ribbon of hair from the ponytail and wrap it around the base so that it conceals the elastic and secure it with a few bobby pins and (b) use pomade to smooth down hairline fly-aways.

Take a cue from style guru Zoe and work the not-just-for-daytime look in the evening. If you want to experiment with this style on date night or an evening of dancing and cocktails with the girls, we suggest that you set your hair with hot curlers first for maximum volume.
What variation do you add to the classic ponytail to make it modern and sexy?

Hello Fashionistas! It’s no secret that the versatile leather jacket has become a wide-spread wardrobe must-have over the last few Winters. As a huge fashion trend in 2010, leather is being taken to a whole new level!
Leather is taking the form of pretty much any item of clothing. If you can name it, the odds are that someone’s sent it down the runway in leather this year. Pants, skirts, shorts, coats, capes, vests – they’re all there. Hermes even pulled out a full leather jumpsuit as part of their aviation-themed collection.
But don’t for a minute think that it’s only new shiny pieces that are getting noticed! A lot of trends are being inspired by used leather pieces for a classic vintage-inspired look. High fashion labels epitomized the look with tiny skin-tight leather mini dresses for evening wear, while brands like Miss Sixty and BeBe got fun and flirty with their zip-covered and rhinestone glammed leather hotpants.
While 2009 fashion color trends featured a vast array on leather colors, the leather this fall will revolve around monochromatic, earthy tones. Expect to see a big comeback for grey leather and black is, of course, a safe and unwavering option. You can never go wrong with that! My pick for fall is an earthy thigh high leather boot, heels or no heels, you decide and remember to work it, girl!

Hey, fashionistas! This week’s style tip is coming from the ground up and making quite an impression as fall is about to creep up on us in the next few weeks.
Never fear, you don’t have to retire those cute little skirts and dresses yet! All you have to do is pair them up with a great set of cute and printed stockings. From lace to vinyl and everything in between, we’ll be putting our best foot forward this fall with a pair of funky and fresh stockings. You can pair them up with anything short from your summer wardrobe and throw on a pair of knee high bad girl boots for extra coverage on the colder days. Even then, your style will be scorching hot!
You can find a lot of unique styles in vintage stores or small shops. Footless, toeless, or fully covered you can get a leg up on the other girls this season. If you’re in Toronto, my personal favorite store to go to for all things extravagant is Fashion Crimes by Pam Chorley. Click here for a sneak peek at their collection.

Hey hotties! What’s cracka-lackin up in heaaaa! I’m back to bring you a must-have style tip for the long summer days and hot summer nights that you’re sure to come up a winner in. This season we’re giving a ‘hats off’ by putting a hat ‘on’ so to speak.
Yup! You guessed it! Fedoras! Whether it’s fancy or plain, this is the accessory must-have of the summer. It’s great for those beach days or casual nights especially when you’re having a bad hair day and don’t feel like walking with a head up to the world. You can still remain fashionable with one of these hats without having to visit a salon to complete your look. It’s also a great accessory because it’s a unisex piece so you can steal your boyfriend’s if need be! Get a‘head’ this summer by grabbing one of these and remember to work it girrrlllll!

You don’t have to master a grand jeté in order to nail this sleek, sophisticated summer hair trend: a tightly wound dancer’s bun.
The no-fuss, high-glamor hairstyle has been spotted in Hollywood – on beauties like Jessica Alba and Vanessa Hudgens – and on the runways. Pulling your hair away from your face allows you to show off your best facial asset, whether it’s stunning ice-blue eyes, a dramatic aquiline nose, or a pretty, pigmented pout. This look is perfect for those days when you might be short on time, but not on creativity. Pair the swept back up-do with a flirty headband and you’re ready to take on the world.

Dare to take the look one step further? Take a cue from Zac Posen’s Spring 2010 show and sport of a full-swing skirt and a body-hugging camisole or body suit for a sexy, just-stepped-out-of-rehearsal vibe. A word to the wise: leave the ballet slippers at home.

Are you into the ballerina clothing trend?

With hot days and cool nights approaching we’ve noticed a trend in longer summer dresses. These hot and sizzling floor-sweeping dresses are chic when paired with studded gladiators or sexy shades. Perfect for styling throughout the day, or even casual dinner and drinks in the evening, this is a must-have summer piece. Whether printed or solid, make sure you have one handy in your closet, as they are particularly amazing when you’re experiencing a ‘fashion emergencies.’ You know when that outfit you planned so well in your head doesn’t quite work out? Yup, this piece is a style-saver to the max and between me and you, it’s a godsend in between waxes! You don’t have to go short to be sexy and in this style case, more is better. So put away the minis for a minute and pick up a flowy friend this season – trust me it will come in handy!

Will you be lowering your hemlines this summer? Is the trend HOT or NOT?
